Audio MP3 interface/replacement material

The exact shipped unmodified lamejs 1.2.1 bundle matches the copy in the
original source ZIP and all supplied lamejs preferred sources match the
installed 1.2.1 package. This does not assert bit-for-bit rebuild evidence.

Extract the lamejs-1.2.1 directory. Its makeall.sh uses Browserify and standard
shell tools to concatenate src/js sources. The final Java/Closure step produces
lame.min.js; this site uses unminified lame.all.js and needs no Closure step.
The historical Browserify version is not pinned; a controlled rebuilt bundle
should be tested for Mp3Encoder(channels,rate,kbps), encodeBuffer and flush.

Replace /audio/vendor/lame.all.js with an interface-compatible modified library.
The codec-worker imports that file separately with no SRI/signature, account
or approval lock. Preserve the global lamejs.Mp3Encoder interface and all
GPL/LGPL notices. The readable integrated interface and its source/build
configuration are included so it can be modified and recombined. The original
APPLICATION-RELINK-PERMISSION.txt permits library modification and reverse
engineering for debugging such modifications. Refresh static hosting caches.
This is source/relink material, not a consumer offline application.
