Use a safe example
For a calculation, include small sample numbers and the rule you intended to use. For a text or file issue, use synthetic text or a harmless sample that demonstrates the problem. Do not email passwords, tokens, payment details, identity documents, private PDFs or customer records.
What the site can establish
Tools calculate from your inputs and download results locally. They cannot confirm a university result, application outcome, submitted assignment or external portal receipt. Consult the receiving organisation when its rules or acceptance status are unclear.
Before sending
Check the tool instructions, supported formats and limitations, then read the FAQ and corrections guidance. Keep your original files until you have verified a downloaded output.
